Weights and Scales


  • The scale should arrive around 10 business days after joining the Brook+ program.

Please select the type of scale you have:

Withings Scale




  • Nokia Body (Withings) Body scale
  • The Nokia Body scale must be linked to the Nokia Health Mate app before weight will transmit to the Brook+ app.
    iOS compatibility: iOS 8 and higher, iPhone 4S and more recent, iPod touch 5th generation and more recent, iPad 3rd generation and more recent.
    Android compatibility: 5.0 and higher.
    Requires Internet access (mobile data or Wi-Fi)

  • Fitbit Aria scale
  • The Aria scale must be linked to a Fitbit app account before weight will transmit to the Brook+ app.

  1. From the Brook+ app home screen, select More in the bottom right corner.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Under Weight Goal and Logging:
    1. You can change your weight loss percentage goal by tapping Weight loss goal and choosing from 5%, 6%, 7%, or 8%.
    2. If you’d rather set a target weight goal, you can tap Target weight and add a specific number. Tap OK to save.
  1. From the Brook+ app home screen, select More in the bottom right corner.
  2. Select Progress and Logs.
  3. Select Weight.

  4. You will now be able to view your weekly, monthly, or yearly weight graphs.

  1. From the Brook+ home screen, scroll down and select Log Book.

  3. Select the Weight tab at the top of the screen.

  5. Select the weight you would like to delete and then select Delete in the bottom left corner.
